Missy Setters — Executive Director
Missy Setters joined the staff in 1996, serving as Media Relations Director and then in 2003 was promoted to Assistant Executive Director for Media Relations. Prior to that she served six years in the LSU Sports Information Department, most recently as publications director and then as Media Relations Director with the Shreveport Pirates of the CFL.
She was a four-year letterwinner on the LSU women’s golf team. Missy is married to Ross Setters, and they have one daughter, Codi (14).
John Cordaro — Assistant Executive Director for Ticketing and Business Operations
John Cordaro rejoined the staff in August of 2005, as Ticketing/Business Operations Director and serves as Assistant Executive Director/Ticketing and Business Operations. John most recently served as a Business Payroll Sales Specialist with Wells Fargo Bank in Houston.
Prior to his time with Wells Fargo, Cordaro worked internships with the Houston Texans and the Independence Bowl. During his time with the Texans, John worked primarily with ticket sales and gameday operations. While with the Independence Bowl, he served as a sales representative, focusing primarily on sponsorships, signage and group ticket sales.
Cordaro is a 2002 graduate of Louisiana Tech. He and his wife Laura have a daughter, Savannah (5) and son Jack (1).
Ann Crouch — Ticketing & Business Operations Administrative Assistant
Ann Crouch joined the staff in June of 2009. She has lived in Shreveport for most of her adult life and has two children and four grandchildren.
Jeff Dittmer — Assistant Executive Director for Sales
Jeff Dittmer joined the staff on a full-time basis in August of 2003. Prior to that he served as an intern from August of 2002 to January of 2003.
He earned a Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis on Sport Administration from Wayne State College in May of 2003. Prior to that he earned an A.A. degree in Business Administration from Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska.
Jeff’s previous work experiences in the sport and recreation field came as the Director of Land Sports for Kamp Kohut in 1999 and as an intern at the Norfolk Family YMCA. Jeff and his wife Michele have a daughter, McKenzie (7), and a son Carter (3).
Stefan Nolet — Director of Public & Media Relations
Stefan Nolet joined the staff as the Public & Media Relations Director in August of 2012. He spent the previous two years as an intern in the Oklahoma State media relations office, where he served as the primary media contact for men's and women's cross country and track and field, as well as men's tennis. Stefan also served as a public relations intern for the Tulsa 66ers of the NBA Development League during the 2010-11 season.
Stefan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Broadcasting with emphases in Sports Media and Public Relations from Oklahoma State in 2011.
Amy O’Callaghan — Assistant Executive Director for Events and Operations
Amy O’Callaghan joined the staff in February of 2004. She serves as Assistant Executive Director, overseeing Events and Operations. She brings with her a wealth of experience gained while working in the New Orleans Sports Foundation.
Her experience spans Super Bowls, Final Fours and the New Orleans Bowl. Amy serves as the staff liaison for the bowl’s committee chairs, and with the local hotel community. Amy is married to Brady O’Callaghan, an Assistant District Attorney for Caddo Parish. They have twin boys, Marshall and Logan (6).
Brent Watkins — Title Sponsor Liaison
Brent Watkins joined the Advocare V100 Bowl staff as Title Sponsor Liaison in February of 2013. Brent’s role as Liaison is designed to assist in the achievement of AdvoCare and the Independence Bowl Foundation’s shared vision for the Bowl’s future.
Prior to that, Brent earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech in 2000 and spent 12 years selling medical devices for companies such as Hill-Rom and Olympus America, Inc. As a native of Shreveport, Brent has enjoyed his community’s post season college football game since its inception in 1976 and looks forward to making sure his children enjoy it now and into the future.
Brent is married to Wendy Watkins and collectively they have four children, Angelina, Isabella, Wyatt and Sophia.
